About Us Brothers Big Sisters of Anderson & Franklin Counties has been in operation since 2002. We are a nonprofit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. We receive support from grants, fundraisers, and community donations. There is no fee for our services. Most importantly we receive the support of men and women who volunteer their time to become Big Brothers and Big Sisters. BBBS general purpose is to reach at risk children at an early stage to prevent them from entering the juvenile offender system and the child in need of care system.
